Who We Are:
ESM Association is a national nonprofit association that has helped employee services providers perform their jobs better for almost 70 years. Employee services providers typically work in the human resource departments of organizations. They are responsible for managing employee services, including recreation programs, community services, recognition programs, event planning, childcare/eldercare services, convenience services, and travel offerings. ESM Association exists to enhance the employee services profession through education, peer networking and discounts on products and services.

Hello To ESM Association Members -- Welcome to 2010!
As this year's ESM Association President, I'm
pleased and proud to be at the helm for what will truly be an exciting
year. So, who am I? I'm a 20-year+ member with significant
experience as a volunteer in the realm of employee services and I
consider myself a commensurate "morale person." As
such, Job #1 for me this year is to gather more people, like you and
me, who are responsible morale and catapult our companies to the
top-employer lists. You'll hear more about how you can help us achieve
that goal in the coming weeks. By day, I head up internal
communications for Bayer HealthCare Pharmaceuticals, and in my spare
time, I advocate for employee services. I'm looking forward to being
at your service this year!
