_______

What Are Employee Morale Managers?

Employee morale managers typically work in the human resource departments of organizations. They are responsible for managing employee services, including recreation programs, community services, recognition programs, event planning, childcare/eldercare services, convenience services, and travel offerings. Employee Morale and Recreation Association exists to enhance the employee services profession through education, peer networking and discounts on products and services.

The New onMYtime.com

onMYtime.com & its New Login Process

EMRA has acquired the employee discount website onMYtime.com and we have added new features! The site is currently available to former ESM Association member companies and their employees, including chapter members. Visit the site and enjoy the changes at http://www.onMYtime.com.

Coming Soon:  Amazing New Features

As the EMRA continues to build tools to better serve you, you will see many superb new features added to onMYtime.com every few months:

  • Video chat room for Webinars and meetings.
  • A new Travel Portal highlighting advertisers in the travel industry. Travel is one of our strong points, and this tool will isolate travel vendors at a single location.  It will help you create your dream vacation.
  • This spring, we will hold a Virtual Convention. The convention will feature live Webinars and an Exhibit Hall with a chat room where company representatives can answer your questions and you can download their online brochures.

Get Involved in the New EMRA

With a new organization comes the need to develop new processes. The EMRA is currently working with a committee of trustees from the Employee Services Management Foundation to jumpstart the new organization, elect a Board of Directors and create a new structure that suits the needs of Employee Morale Program Managers in today’s economy. Please be patient as we go through the steps to develop this process. We will communicate new information to you as it becomes available. If you have an interest in serving on the new EMRA Board, please contact Kim Colopy at ColopyK@Grangeinsurance.com.
