ESM Association Shared Interest Group Terms & Conditions



As an ESM Association SIG Chair, I agree to:

1. Participate in an annual SIG orientation.

2. Conduct at least one networking meeting per year during ESM Association’s Annual Conference & Exhibit or via teleconference.

3. Provide SIG members with monthly activity (at least) either by Member Forum, blog, teleconference, audio conference, or meeting.

4. Provide monthly communication (at least) with staff liaison and keep her/him current on SIG happenings, on any changes or on any challenges.

5. Conduct SIG activities that do not conflict with or duplicate existing or planned ESM Association activities.

6. Run all SIG blogs or newsletters through the association’s headquarters to ensure that the association approves it and that it will reach all SIG members.

7. Abide by ESM Association’s bylaws, membership standards and ethics.
