ESM Association Director
Kim Colopy
Coordinator/Employee Store
Kim has worked as Coordinator/Employee Store at Grange
Insurance for 18 years. She manages the employee store,
which offers a variety of discounts and services
including those from ESM Association’s National
Associate Members. Grange Insurance won ESM
Association’s Employee Store of the Year Award in
2000.
Kim has been an ESM Association member for 18 years and
she has attended over 10 ESM Association Annual
Conferences & Exhibits. Because of her extensive
knowledge of employee stores, Kim often writes articles
for ESM Magazine and presents and chairs
educational sessions on this topic.
Kim has served as a Director on ESM Association’s
National Board of Directors for three years. While on the
Board, she has contributed to the Awards and Chapter
Relations Committees.
Kim says she most enjoys the networking aspect of ESM
Association because there is always so much information
to be shared. “Employee store networking has helped
me perform my job by having resources we can relate
to,” she explains.
