66th Annual Conference & Exhibit


We've Moved Our Exhibit Hall To A Better Location!

ESM Association has moved our Exhibit Hall from the downstairs Fiesta Pavilion to the upstairs Texas Ballroom, right next to our educational sessions and the ESM Association Registration Desk. The booth sizes and accommodations will remain the same.

View the Exhibit Agreement and Updated Floor Plan here! Please note, we must fill the Texas Ballroom before placing Exhibitors in the Preconvene Area.

Exhibit booth price includes complete registration for two persons, all sponsored meals, social activities and educational sessions, exhibit booth with back and side drapes, skirted, six-foot display table, two chairs, exhibit identification sign, preconference exhibitors listing in Employee Services Management Magazine and Conference Directory listing. Exhibit space is carpeted. Additional cost for booth personnel.
