ESM Association's Education and
Research Foundation:

ESM Association Education and Research Foundation stands

supervisors. It funds biannual field surveys delivering
data on salaries, budgets and programming trends; studies
on the impact of employee services on job performance;

ESM Members complete a series of questions identified as
their membership profile. This information is used to
help facilitate benchmarking among ESM Association

recent statistics on recruiting and retaining employees
