2005 Salary Survey of Employee Services Professionals

Employee Services Management (ESM) Association recently surveyed its membership to compare the job titles, work responsibilities, company demographics, departmental budgets, and salaries of employee services professionals.

Demographics
The survey includes responses from 216 ESM Association members responsible for implementing and maintaining a diverse range of employee services and work/life programs. Employee services providers typically work in the human resource departments of organizations. They are responsible for managing wellness programs, recreation programs, community services, recognition programs, event planning, childcare/eldercare services, convenience services, travel offerings, voluntary benefits, and employee stores. The survey respondents work at various sized companies across different industries.

Results
The online Results Summary allows you to view response percentages, read open-ended responses, analyze the results by creating subsets of the data, and download the results for further analysis offline.

Cost
•  ESM Association members: $395
•  Nonmembers: $605 (Upon request, prospective members may apply a portion of this fee toward a one-year membership.)
