ESM Association Members & Their
Employees Use onMYtime.com

Oak Brook, IL - Most companies offer employees discounts on products and services and many of them use Employee Services Management (ESM) Association's new online buying program onMYtime.com, according to "Employee Discount Programs," a recent survey conducted by ESM Association.

The survey results show that 88 percent of respondents offer employees discounts on products and services and nearly half of them (44 percent) provide employees with an online discount program. Forty-six percent use ESM Association's onMYtime.com.

According to the survey results, over 80 percent of the companies that offer online discount programs do so through the company's Intranet. When asked what types of discounted products/services they offer online, the employee services providers responded with a variety of offerings. Here are the top five products/services they offer:

Other top products and services include Cruises (52 percent), Health Club Membership (48 percent), Logo Apparel (46 percent), Electronics (43 percent), and Vehicles (42 percent).

The online survey was developed by ESM Association, a professional nonprofit association that serves as an information resource network for over 2,000 members nationwide. The survey includes responses from 416 ESM Association Members responsible for implementing and maintaining a diverse range of employee services. The online survey is one of ESM Association's member services. Members receive the survey results at no cost and use this information to benchmark with peers and justify new programs to management.

Through the online buying program onMYtime.com, ESM Association partners with its National Associate (supplier) Members to offer Member Companies and their employees discounts on products and services. To access the website, members provide their employees with a link to the onMYtime.com website and a user I.D. and password. This service is free to ESM Association Members.
